Shipping and Policy Information:

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders ship UPS ground service or via USPS.

Returns: All returns must have an RGA number to be accepted. Please call or email us to obtain an RGA number prior to shipping product back to us.

Refunds: All returns must be made within 10 days with a copy of the original receipt and an RGA number to receive a refund. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Q: How does free shipping work?
A: Customers will get free shipping for every order they make over $100 before taxes. Free shipping does not apply to oversize items, for which a specific fee will be charged depending on the item. Oversize items are identified in the description section of the item page. Free shipping is available to US locations only.

Q: What if I want my order shipped other than standard UPS/USPS?
A: Contact us for other shipping options.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Call for an RGA number and we will make an exchange for the correct size (except for close-out items). You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can request an RGA number to return your items. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Q: Are your website prices the same as your in-store prices?
A: No, many prices are the same, but there is no guarantee that they will match. Contact us before shopping in-store to confirm prices.

Q: If I order using in-store pickup, when can I get my order?
A: We will contact you when your order is ready or you can call the store directly to confirm when your order will be ready for pick up.


Bio of Russ Wageman

At the age of 12, Russ Wageman began riding motocross and desert. He worked alongside his father on his own bikes regularly. It was at this young age that Russ developed a deep interest in the mechanical side of bikes.

As a young teen, Russ was winning regularly at the gone, but never forgotten, Indian Dunes Motocross Park. From there Russ branched out to many other So Cal tracks including Saddleback Park, Ascot Park, and OCIR Raceway.

Russ raced professionally from 1982-1991 where he rode for Team Suzuki, Team Kawasaki, and Team Yamaha.

At the same time Russ was racing he also did a lot of testing on bikes. He spent many years working alongside �Bones� of the Pro Circuit. During this period he became an expert in suspension, motors, and the overall geometry of a motorcycle.

Because of his love of the motorcycle industry, the sport of motocross, and the desire to utilize his experience and knowledge in the field of racing, Russ founded Pit Pro Cycle in 1992.

For its first two years Pit Pro Cycle was operated out of Russ's garage. Using a mobile box van, he traveled to races all over Southern California. There he sold parts and worked on bikes to keep racers competition ready.

In 1994 Russ moved Pit Pro Cycle to its first true business location in Newhall, California. During the next four years Pit Pro Cycle grew so rapidly that Russ ended up having to relocate just a few miles away to a larger facility. There, he and his staff were better able to hone their craft, supply more parts and accessories, and have the increased space needed to work on the growing demand of his services from So Cal motocross riders.

Russ has recently expanded his business by launching this new website, www.pitpromx.com, which provides motocross riders with the latest gear, apparel, accessories, parts, and maintenance.
